Legal sector
Administrative and case file support immediately after the call
AgentForMobile automatically structures telephone conversations with clients: once the call ends, the relevant parts of the conversation are summarized and prepared for inclusion in the case file. The lawyer does not need to install anything. Activation is network-native, directly through the mobile phone call.
Example
A lawyer conducts an initial client intake over the phone. After the call, a structured call summary is ready, containing the relevant facts and the agreed next steps.

Healthcare and telehealth
Automatic administration after every consultation
AgentForMobile listens in during telephone consultations and, once the call has ended, prepares a summary of the relevant conversation points for the patient's medical record. Healthcare professionals do not need to install or configure anything: activation is network-native, directly through the mobile phone call.
Example
A general practitioner calls a patient to discuss laboratory results. After the conversation, a structured consultation note is automatically available in the system, including follow-up actions and key points of attention, without the doctor having to type a single word.

Financial services
Network-level fraud detection, with no additional app required
Detect SIM swap activity before a transaction is approved, verify that a phone number actually belongs to the customer, and confirm that the device is in the expected location. All through CAMARA-compliant APIs, directly from the mobile network.
Example
A bank is processing a high-value funds transfer. The API automatically detects a recent SIM swap and an unusual location. The transaction is flagged and temporarily held for additional verification.

Live Transcription
Real-time speech-to-text
Every conversation is automatically converted to text, right during the call. The transcription is searchable, exportable, and available for further processing by your systems.
Example
An account manager calls a customer. The entire dialogue is transcribed live and saved in the CRM, so colleagues can read along or search back immediately.

Live Translation
Real-time interpreter without delay
Live Agent translates spoken language in real-time between caller and recipient. The translation is audible to both parties or only to the caller via Assist mode. Activation via a function key (#1).
Example
A healthcare provider calls a non-native speaking patient. After pressing #1, the AI speaks as an intermediary in both languages, without an external interpreting service or waiting time.

Actions in external systems during the call
Via voice commands or a wake-word, Live Agent sends commands to linked systems: updating CRM, creating a ticket, retrieving a status, or placing an order, all without interrupting the conversation.
Example
A service employee says: "create a callback request for tomorrow at 10 AM". Live Agent registers this directly in the ticketing system, without manual entry afterwards.
Three modes. One network connection
Live Agent is always active at the network level and responds to the caller’s situation. Activation is fully network-native — never via an app.

The agent is present but inactive. Available in the background, ready for activation at any time via wake-word or function key. No consumption, no interference.

Active
The agent actively participates in the conversation. Both parties can hear and communicate with the AI. Suitable for translation, summarization, and direct answers.

Assist
Only the caller hears the AI agent — not the other party. Ideal for sales calls and legal advice.
