We provide high-quality network and infrastructure solutions for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) and support them in implementing innovative mobile services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Support colleague.
What will I be doing?
You will actively maintain customer contact, support the sales process, and ensure correct and timely follow-up on commercial agreements and orders. You will work closely with your colleagues to efficiently handle quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. You combine commercial drive with a service-oriented attitude and contribute to strengthening long-term customer relationships.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be involved in supporting internal and external (sales) projects, in addition to taking and answering customer questions. You will have direct contact with our partners and suppliers.
This role includes the following tasks:
Sales support (preparing and executing quotes, answering customer questions)
Project support (processing orders into internal/external projects)
Service-oriented tasks (tickets, porting, customer guidance)
CRM management (continuity, improvements, expansion)

Salary indication: gross €2,500–3,500 per month, depending on education and experience.
